After reading the Power Point on Generational Differences, start your discussion by identifying your cohort group in the subject line (Generation X or Millenials, or Generation Z) and then explain what you like best about being part of this generation. What did the slide show tell you about other groups? Understanding why others do some of the things that they do can help us to accept our differences. Additionally, watch the Cheerios commercial and comments on why generational differences might affect the responses to this new ad. Then look at the lesson on Diversity, Equality and Equity.
