Not only do they offer a program for adults, but they have a pediatric education program as well. This focuses on mentoring children who have been diagnosed with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes, as well as helping educate their parents in the process (Hurley Medical Center, 2020). The Genesys diabetes and nutrition learning center is a part of Ascension Hospital located in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
