After reviewing the sample PowerPoint, the things that I would change about this presentation can be found on pages $2,4$ and $7.$ On page $2,$ I would resize the placeholders to appropriately fit the page, in addition to resizing the font. One way that this can be completed is by using the sizing handles that will pop up on the placeholder perimeter. Page $4$ is a blank page that needs to be removed. Simply click on that page on the left hand side and select delete or hit the backspace button. Lastly, page $7$ needs to have the background fill color changed so that the words on that slide can be seen. You can navigate to the design tab, pick format background and select the color you wish to change it to$.$ I have used PowerPoint presentations in my professional career when attempting to share data with a potential client. PowerPoint presentations allows me to deliver the pros on why they should choose my company by using text, graphs and animations. When you have a lot of information that you want to share but limited time to do so$,$ this is a great way to utilize your opportunity. Additionally, being able to save and share with for your audience to review or reshare, is a nice feature.
