While the textbook focuses on external stakeholders (specifically, people outside of the company), for the purposes of this discussion, you should consider both internal and external stakeholders, including people in other departments in the company and people in other companies interconnected with the project (suppliers, users of the product, etc.).In your initial post, address the following:Who are the stakeholders within the company that you should be aware of as the new manager of the VALID project team?Who are the stakeholders outside the company that you need to be thinking about? Think broadly. (How does the success or failure of your product, for example, affect the power tools industry?
