After the data collection and observational studies were completed by the patient type transfer team, the quality council of Western States Hospital began its annual review of the important aspects of the PI program. The leader of the patient type transfer team was asked to submit a one-page synopsis of the team's activities that included a brief description of team activities and a complete set of the data collected by the team.
