Alsuai is a family owned group of restaurants in jeddah. At the moment its restaurants are only open for evening service.
The Al suai group aims to diversify and expand sales. It has decided to offer a lunch time service in one of the restaurants as trial for 3 months starting from 1st November 2021.
The existing restaurants will seat 200 customers and its operating hours are from 10:00 to 19:30. The restaurant will have to consider seasonal and religious festivals for the period of the project. It is expected that the lunchtime menu will be appropriate for the market.
The new lunchtime service will have a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, five waiting staff, three chefs and two kitchen workers.
The company will hire new General Manager only the rest of staff is already existing in restaurant.
The restaurant buildings and contents have employer liability and public liability insurance. There is no website and bookings are made by telephone. The restaurant has not done enough marketing. They have no website and only provide booking on telephone.
