Because of Ali's skills and abilities, coupled with his experience and recommendations, he was able to secure a job at Costa Cafe. Ali had just finished his first month at "Costa Cafe", as a manager of one branch located in Amman. As the Manager, Ali is requested to serve around 300 - 400 customers daily. With this great pressure, Ali has decided to recruit new workers with very low salaries to increase profits. In addition, Ali has decided to sell different types of coffees with low quality simply to push the profits up. According to this case study, answer the following questions: 1- According to this scenario and the notion of the value chain, explain what are the possible ethical conflicts that may happen through three functions/departments at Costa Cafe?
