Alice Frost is morbidly obese. She is a smoker and drinks a bottle of gin a day. She works for the state as a disability counselor, and her state health insurance coverage is excellent. She sees Dr. Wilson regularly. He has admonished her to stop smoking, cut down on her drinking, and to begin an exercise program.
