All projects: ABC assessment can be used in both behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs to identify the conditions under which behavior is likely to occur to guide effective intervention planning. Read the following $2$ scenarios and respond to both.

Scenario $1.$ Assume you are a behavioral consultant for a small telemarketing corporation that wants to improve overall employee performance. You have been asked to consult in one department where employees are required to submit paperwork at the end of each day summarizing the calls they made. The current return rate of the end$-$of$-$day summary is very low $($approximately $25\%).$ You conduct indirect and descriptive assessments of the employees in the department and this is what you learn. At the end of the workday, employees have many tasks to complete before they have been told they can $$clock out.$$ There is a list hanging in the center of the office that describes these tasks. Employees often clock out without completing the list. Every Monday morning during the team meeting, managers remind employees of the list. Mangers email employees the list at the start of each day. Despite all these reminders, the rate of return remains low. What is your working hypothesis for the employees$$ behavior? Based on this hypothesis, what is your recommendation to the managers for solving this problem?
