3. You should figure out the management practices/actions to solve customers ethical issues.
4. Conclusion & Recommendations: you should make a personal judgment and select the best managerial decisions that solve the main ethical problem. You should then suggest a simple plan on to solve these issues.
5. References: you should provide at least five references and use APA format to reference and cite.
