An engineer working in a professional engineering organization was responsible for the conduct of a survey related to a power works department project in the maintenance of a sewage in Bahrain. After the conduct of the survey the engineer found out that he survey outcome would require the maintenance period to be lessened to twice in every 6 months from once in every 6 months. Upon finding out the requirement, the engineer submitted a report to the higher authority after withdrawing the key requirement in the change in the pattern of maintenance required.
