An Exercise question on HTML. HELP!

Exercise 3-5 Write an HTML that output an Olympic image and a hyperlink with text "World Olympics". Since there are five colors on the Olympic image, we set up the foreground color as green and background color as yellow when the hyperlink was not hovered. Note it has no underline when it is not hovered. World Olympics When mouse hovers over the hyperlink, we use the other three colors to display the hyperlink as the following. Foreground color is red, background color is cyan and the underline is black. Note the font size enlarged when hovered compared with the hyperlink when it was not hovered. World Olympics
