An individual project where you will have to develop a strategic plan for an organization of your choice. You will choose a company and develop a strategic plan including at least following points:

1. You will first describe organizational culture of your company.

2. You will clearly describe organizational purposes shared by its all members. At this point, if

necessary, you may criticize your companys purposes so that all members can better adopt and work

to achieve them.

3. You will clearly mention and discuss mission statement that your company has. You will evaluate if

the mission is applicable for achieving organizational purposes.

4. You will clearly indicate and discuss your companys vision statement. You will analyse if mission and

vision statements are coherent, and how this company achieve its vision statement.

5. Through benefitting from SWOT and PESTEL analysis, you will evaluate and discuss the importance

of resources (e.g. HR), organizational culture, team management, and leadership and their

consequences for an organizations performance (mission and vision).

6. You will provide a conclusion including future directions that your company could better accomplish its

mission and vision statement.
