They were list with conditions and we're informed that a CBSA officer would refer the claims to the RPD if eligible. One month later, the hearings officer sent the client a notice of hearing. The client shows up at the RCIC's office without an appointment and retains the RCIC to prepare for the hearing at the RPD in 4 weeks.
