For chairs, they have a standing orderwith a local supplier stating that a pre-specified number of chairs are delivered every week (each Saturday.) For desks and tables, they have a standing order with a local supplier stating that a pre-specified number of desks and tables are delivered bi-weekly (every other Saturday ofthe month.)
