As a young software firm, MCC is suffering for high rate of turnover, low level of morale and professionalism, high level of compliance, diversified need of international clients and many more like these. As most of the software developers are working less than 5 years, it is high time to incorporate training for the unit. As the company is growing, they supposed to plan for expanding career scope for the software developer. Recently, they are exploring some new positions like quality control officer, senior developer, manager (software development team) and business developer etc. Now, junior and senior developers are somewhat responsible for the same KPIs.

1. Your task is to develop a training need assessment form. Additionally, they need to hire and train some new employees for the same unit/department. You need plan for design training for them. What specific training you suggest for them and why? How would you explain for the MCC? How would you evaluate training for the various employees (prepare training evaluation form, show the output using various hypothetical data)? 2. Develop a performance appraisal form for junior and senior software developer considering any of PA techniques. Why do you consider that technique? From their past experiences, it found that most raters are prone to help their group mates for better evaluation, inter-group conflict reflects on evaluation and lot of career clashes are evident. Explain the common problems in rating others. Give a concise performance management plan along with a KPI form (show the output using various hypothetical data) for the various posts of the organization.
