Anamika would like to establish the current organisational culture trends within the organisation. She has observed that the employee activity and culture of her employees has changed since the Covid-19 pandemic. She wants to determine the factors that influence the organisational culture at Anamika Creations. As per the latest employee headcount, the organisation population of Anamika Creations is 32 employees. The staff consists of six sewing machinists, six seamstresses, an embroider, two administrators, four general workers, a stylist, five sales assistants, a store manager, an assistant manager, a materials procurement officer, a bookkeeper, an HR administrator, Anamika s personal assistant and Anamika. 1.1. Provide a title for Anamika s proposed research study. (4) 1.2. Develop an aim for Anamikas proposed research study. (4) 1.3. Differentiate between the two (2) Research Philosophies available to Anamika. Suggest a philosophy she should adopt for her study, and provide a rationalisation as to why it would be most suitable.
