You work for a small hydro (electricity) company called Elco. You have been assigned as the project manager to implement a new billing system. Your company is replacing the old legacy billing system with a new system. They have purchased a new billing system from an outside vendor (company x).

You will need to implement the new billing system in your current infrastructure and migrate all of your customers over to the new billing system.

Elco has 100,000 customers with 2 billing cycles. 50,000 receive their monthly invoice on the 15^th of the month and the remaining 50,000 customers receive their monthly invoice on the last day of the month.

You will also need to migrate over 36 months of historical invoices. Your budget is $500,000 and you have 6 months from today to implement the new billing system and migrate your customers.
