Answer based on impediments in marriage (In Philippines)

1. Since 2014 I have been living with my boyfriend in his condominium we live like a married couple hence people often ask us if we ever have been in a secret wedding unknown even to our closest family and friends however last year I found out that my boyfriend was previously married to his college sweetheart but their marriage weakly ended, they are supposedly married in 2000 since that have been separated for almost 20 years and we have living together for 5 years now, I decided to do some research and I found out that under Article 34 in The Family code of the Philippines we don't need any marriage license anymore to get married because we have living together as husband ang wife for more than 5 years, am I correct? Answer this case base on impediments on marriage.

Ana Rivera had a husband, a Filipino citizen like her, who was among the passengers on board a commercial jet plane which crashed in the Atlantic Ocean ten (10) years earlier and had never been heard of ever since. Believing that her husband had died, Ana married Adolf Cruz Staedtler, a divorced German national born of a German father and a Filipino mother residing in Stuttgart. To avoid being reqiured to submit the required certificate of capacity to marry from the German Embassy in Manila, Adolf stated in the application for marriage license that he was a Filipino citizen. With the marriage license stating that Adolf was a Filipino, the couple got married in a ceremony officiated by the Parish Priest of Calamba, Laguna. Is the marriage valid? Explain your answer based from the impediments.
