Reverse a given number and return true if it is the same as the original number. Do the reversing operation in its own function. Add comments and indent the code so that its readable.

Print the original number and the reversed number. Print true if the number and its reverse are equal. Eg. 121, will be true even if its reversed. Whereas 4567 will be 7654 and be false.
