Unfortunately, the fall was stronger than expected and Ben hurt himself badly. He spent 4 weeks at the hospital and paid USD 10,000 as medical fees. Ben would like to get reparation from Suzan and is wondering if he can sue her based on Tort Law. Question1: Explain briefly to Ben why he cannot sue Suzan based on the intentional tort.
