The business i wish to start as a entrepreneur is the leather business where i wish to start a firm that outsources raw skin to the other leather producing firms.The reason why i chose Saudi Arabia is due to its numerous use of goats in their food cycle.Hence alot of goats are being slaughtered and it would be really easy to procure the raw skin and make it available to the leather manufacturers which is actually a very luxurious product in the market.I also wish to include sheep skin, cow skin as well as buffalo skin.

The services include :

  • Raw skin would be cleaned thoroughly before exporting

2. Business Plan : I wish to start a raw skin outsourcing business where my firm would procure the raw goat, sheep, cow and buffalo skin to the leather manufacturers.

I think getting a good and loyal customers who really understands the reliable service provided by my firm is really important to me.Especially, no compromise in quality.

I would be procuring the raw skins on an international scale but the domestic clients would also be encouraged.

The industry i would like to dive in is the primary sector leather industry . I think this is a growing industry as the leather trend is still on its way to success.Many people are now understanding the leather products as a symbol of luxury and good quality. I can see a very flourishing increase in this industry in future as people are getting to know the value of using quality leather products in their lifestyle while i can see and expect a constant trend in the short term as still many of the people are yet to explore the leather trend. So i think my company can be a stepping stone to give out quality leather products as we , the primary producers would start the entire process with our Quality raw skin.

The most important company strength is its assured and guaranteed quality assurance in all stages of the processing.Other core competencies are : Quality chemicals, High power machines and Low transportation charge.

I would only be starting my firm in an area which is far away from city and village where ther is a very low number of inhabitants.The reason is : I dont want any human being to be a prey for the pollution created by the machine and factory (which is a sure issue).This can show up the environmental care i have towards the society which is surely going to be my companys success.

We provide the lowest shipment and transportation charge which is the competitive strength of my company.

Being a marketing management professional having a very good strategic skill along with a good working experience in primary sector makes me feel that i am capable to manage this new venture.

This company is operating few slaughter houses in Saudi Arabia and is collecting raw skins for export in international market all over the world.

The daily production capacity of the company is around 500 skins with the following features:

RAW SKINS

Maintaining quality standards is our utmost priority starting from the flaying process, which is carried out by our highly competent manpower, to the salting procedure, which is carried out immediately after flaying.

PRODUCTION:

Fur Section: Furs are produced out of marino and Arabic skins. Raw skins are sorted on high standards according to the length of the hair and size of the skin. The daily production capacity is around 100 pieces.

Wool Section:

All types of wool is produced out of marino and Arabic skins. The monthly production capacity is around 1 container.
