Max and Leo had to close the store for a few weeks under government order but were lucky enough to have an on -line business that has had Wicked success. Despite the on-line business Max and Leo Ain't to Proud to admit that their on-line business can't be the Producer of enough revenue without the Crazy For You theater customers to pay the In The Heights rent for the store. Max and Leo have Nine years left on their lease, which they have each guaranteed to their landlord, known as the "Mean Girl". They are now 6 months past due on their Rent and their landlord has threatened to start eviction and collection proceedings Once the court system permits.
