As a workplace activity (or simulated workplace activity), you will need to demonstrate your hospitality skills in the working environment over 36 different service periods (shifts), evidence of the following must be shown: Customer interactions, including providing information on products and/or services (as applicable to your environment), assisting with customer requests and diverse needs Working efficiently, effectively and to organisational time requirements for work tasks and customer interactions Identifying problems as they arise during work shifts, and assessing problems to find the best and most appropriate ways to resolve these (working to your level of responsibility) Working within a team environment, showing team cooperation skills (including supporting team members and providing technical advice when needed and as possible) Fulfilling work task requirements, making sure work is carried out from start to finish and taking responsibility for work outcomes.
