Hi Advisor, It's been a few months, so hopefully things are going well with you. As you know, I'm the CFO of my Dad's company. We have a lot of younger people like myself here, and we've just been getting a lot of turnover lately. Dad thinks we need some employee benefits like a retirement plan. As you know, there isn't one here, and I've been just doing Traditional IRA's to save for retirement. So, could you help us get some direction on this? Here's some background: We don't know a thing about what type of plan to have. We've been doing okay business-wise for the last few years, but it's tough to be in the service business. We have good years and bad years- more good than bad, and we try to save excess cash when we do well to help us in the leaner years. I know you don't have the specifics, but what should we be thinking about? Any help would be great. Thanks. Zoe
