I learned a lot of things about real estate as well other things that confirms my thoughts on some of it like people being passionate about it. There is a lot of people now that are going to real estate now as well as my brother, he started to do real estate this year. One of the things that I learned was there are contracts and agreements like Brokerage contracts and ML agreements. Brokerage contracts give the right for the broker to find buyers for properties while ML agreement you have to go through listings and an agency. Another thing I learned that there are six types of loans that you can use when buying a house. The six loans are Conventional Loan, Federal Housing Administration Loan, and Veteran's Administration Law, Fixed-rate mortgage, Variable-interest-rate mortgage, and Graduate payment Mortgage. That a Deed is not a contract but it's a writing transferring real property tile over to another. That there are three different types of deeds there are the Warranty, Grant, and Quitclaims deed. Real estate law is a branch of civil law that covers the right to own, possess, use, and enjoy land and the permanent man-made additions attached to it.
