Application For Bail

David Keneval failed to appear at the Magistrates Court for his First Mention as per his Notice to Appear. He was subsequently arrested and is currently being held at the Brisbane City Watchhouse since the time of his arrest. He is pleading his innocence and wishes to be let out on bail. He tells anyone who'll listen that he has committed minor offences previously but nothing too serious and wonders why he did not get bail in the first instance. As such, he wishes to apply for bail
