Other cost paid were RM2,500 for underwriters' fees, RM5,000 for legal fees and RM800 for printing of the prospectus. 15 December 26 February Issued 12,000 ordinary shares for machinery. The book value and market value of the machinery were RM52,300 and RM61,350, respectively.
