Arbeta Co. is an international retail company based in Turkey. The company has been in business for more than 15 years. Although business has shown strong growth, the management feels that the rise of Indusry 4.0 is the biggest opportunity that they should react to. They want to implement some innovationsincluding adding an online store, going all online and cashier-free stores. However, in order to decide on long term strategic plan, they need to analyze their current situation on budget, inventory, utilization of work force, production plans, advertisement, and so on.
