Her competitiveness is why the board of directors recruited her from a competitor to help Penders gain more market share. She is a fan of AI and the opportunities it provides, but she has been concerned about Penders$$s operations and is not fully trusting of the operations team. Her personality factors include being extroverted and conscientious.
