As a customer we may not want to acknowledge this - but things do go wrong - breakdowns happen. It's what a company does to resolve issues that really counts. Can you provide an example of a time when something did not go right for you and explain what the company did or did not do for you to resolve the issue? If the company fails to resolve the issue to your satisfaction - what will you do?
