1- Think about your organization, an organization that you have worked for or your school. Based on your experience, define what political means to you. Now, with your definition in place, is your organization political? How do you know? Can you win and your employees win in this type of environment? 

 

2-  As a leader and with a lot of employees working remotely, what might be some ways that you can engage your staff that can really help instill the organizational culture? If you do not have direct reports, what are some ways that you would want to be engaged?
