To Prepare:

Identify one change that you believe is called for in your organization$/$workplace$.$

This may be a change necessary to effectively address one or more of the issues within the organization $($e$.$g$.,$ collaboration, culture, communication, and so forth$)$ or in response to the competitive environments. It may also be a change in response to something not addressed in the previous change effort. Reflect on why this change is important, and how you might implement this change and communicate this change to organizational leadership.

Create a narrated PowerPoint presentation of $6-8$ slides $($with audio or written in the comment section of the PowerPoint$)$ that presents a comprehensive plan to implement the change you propose.

Your change plan PowerPoint should include the following:

$2.$ Diagnosing the need for change$-$ why change is needed? How would the change align with the organization$$s strategy? How would the change impact your organization?

$4.$ Leading change $$ Who would be affected by the change? How would you manage people$$s resistance? How would you prepare others for the change? What leadership skills would be most critical in leading the proposed change?

$5.$ Evaluate change $$ what needs to be done to sustain the change? What type of metrics would you use to measure the effectiveness of the change?
