As a pharmacist, you have received the following response from a physician after making an intervention for a patient. How will you respond to this letter from the physician. Dear Pharmacist, I have received your letter regarding this patient. I appreciate your work so far but please consider rising healthcare costs and avoid the duplication of services by not doing "med reviews" for clients who will see their PCP at regular intervals. As for your suggestion of changing his blood pressure medication to perindopril/indapamide, I disagree with your recommendation and I would prefer to maximize the ramipril before making further changes.
