As a product development team, you were assigned to develop a Baby Carriage, from a baby carriage that has been made as shown in the picture below. As an initial step in the development, a survey was conducted to users (customers), where 75% of users requested a lightweight and foldable train. Furthermore, 70% of users asked that the stroller should be comfortable and safe for the baby to sit on, and could be pushed around easily. Almost half of all correspondents, namely 52% of users want the train price to be no more than Rp. 1100.000,- and when not in use, the stroller can be knocked down and stored in a 60cmx40Cmx40Cm box. Develop the stroller with the QFD method, until a concept appears that meets the wishes of the consumer (user). The resulting concept is equipped with a way of working in accordance with the demands of the functions required by consumers.
