As an NP working in a federal system, I did not need an agreement with a physician. Right out of school, I had some number of charts reviewed per quarter. All providers have some number of charts reviewed. As an NP, I had to review other NP's charts. This was a quality and educational endeavor. A random sample is pulled monthly for review. The quality officer is responsible for collecting charts. The goal is consistency in practice and in documentation. What would be included in the agreement with a physician in the state of New Jersey?
