As I've provided the details regarding the data collected, the report format that I would use as a consultant is a PowerPoint as well as email. The PowerPoint will consist of different graphs such as a column chart, pie chart, and a line chart. I will create those charts using Excel, and I will transfer information over to the PowerPoint. As a consultant, I feel that emailing is very essential; as it helps with paper trail. The PowerPoint presentation will be attached and sent to the designated leader of the organization upon completion of the presentation.
