As mentioned, strategic analysis is an iterative process. However, you have to start somewhere. A good place to start, after conducting the set of internal analyses you just completed, is to conduct a SWOT Analysis. Why? Because you must know your strengths and weaknesses before engaging in the SWOT analysis. It makes it much easier to build the Strengths and Weaknesses quadrants of the SWOT analysis.$$

Before conducting the SWOT analysis on your chosen organization, use the $5$W&$1$H approach to explain what a SWOT analysis is$,$ what it$$s good for, and how to use it for decision$-$making. As always, the Units $3$ and $4($M$2)$ reading resources, can be very helpful. Use them, along with library resources to learn about the SWOT Analysis, and as research resources to inform your writing.
