As we begin to create the front end, we are going to making use of the wireframes that we created from last week's assignment. You will be using the idea that you came up with to create the front end form(s) that you need which will eventually be used in conjunction with our next assignment, creating the back end tools that we need to hook this up and record our data for posterity.

You will create at least one form with at least 5-7 fields included. Your form fields should include: 1. Text 2. Text area 3. Drop down 4. Radio button/Checkbox 5. File Upload 6. Password 7. Fieldset 8. Label 9. Legend

PLease show it step by step in a screenshot. Also I have downloaded XAMPP control panel but I dont know how to start it
