As such, decreases in maternal mortality have been hailed as public health successes but we now know that some groups have benefitted more than others (i.e. due to greater socioeconomic opportunities/benefits, access to healthcare, lack of discrimination, etc.) This week I am asking you to listen to a podcast interview I held with Dr. Calvin Lambert discussing maternal mortality.
