For this assignment, you are being called upon to evaluate a current event in your community and apply the concepts from Chapter 15 regarding collective bargaining, unions, and federal rights.

2)What rights do the teachers have under the National Labor Relations Act? (Ex: Call in sick, picket, protest, organize, block others from entering buildings, ask students to call in sick?)
