As we have learned from our assigned readings, stakeholder analysis is a technique for analyzing information to determine which stakeholders to engage during the project lifecycle. One classification model you can use is the power/interest grid to group stakeholders based on their level of authority (power) and concern (interest) for the success of the project. Figure 13-2 from our assigned readings is an example of a power/interest grid. For your homework this week you need to create a Power/Interest grid that is similar to the grid from our assigned reading (Figure 13-2).
