As week $8$ ends and this class ends and I reflect on what I learned during this course, I wanted to share my feelings about how refreshing it is to have a course that the future work was open to view early. Many of us are full$-$time workers and have other commitments outside of work such as family and recreation, and having the ability to see what was due in the coming weeks was very helpful to manage our time. Courses that do not offer this ability to see the future work so that we can start early are much harder for full$-$time employees to manage.

I also learned much more about the difference between corporate entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship and how each type of person functions within a company to foster innovation. I appreciate the difference between each type of person and have recognized the traits of each in people that I work with. I found that the open discussion expanded learning was a very engaging way for us to learn and my personal favorite type of discussion to write about. I wish you all the best in your other courses.
