Reflection is a key element of all learning although it's not always done in an explicit or

conscious manner. This activity gives you the opportunity to notice and consider your learning

during the course of the semester. You can write about anything that is meaningful to you

every other week however here are some questions that may inspire your thinking:

$$ What employability skills did you demonstrate in the past $2$ weeks?

$$ Did you see examples of applying concepts of reliability and validity in relation to

selection strategies by yourself or others that you'd like to share? What did you learn?
