Question: Bi-Weekly Reflection Activity Guidelines and Helpful Suggestions Reflection is a key element of all learning although it's not always done in an explicit or conscious

Bi-Weekly Reflection Activity Guidelines and Helpful Suggestions Reflection is a key element of all learning although it's not always done in an explicit or conscious manner. This activity gives you the opportunity to notice and consider your learning during the course of the semester. You can write about anything that is meaningful to you every other week however here are some questions that may inspire your thinking: What concepts from the past 2 weeks resonated with you the most? What leadership successes or challenges did you face the past 2 weeks? Did you see examples of leadership in action by yourself or others that you'd like to share? What did you learn? Have you come across any other leadership resources that you'd like to discuss? Here are some additional guidelines for this graded reflection activity: Your reflection entries should be brief but substantive. Aim for between 150 and 250 words for each entry, and it's to be expected that some weeks you'll have more to reflect on than others. You should aim to write a reflection entry every other week - beginning in Week 3 through to Session 13 - to enhance your overall learning experience. Beginning in Week 3 gives you time to get a sense of the course materials as well as time to form your groups and begin interacting with fellow-learners. By Session 13 you will have had many opportunities to interact with the class, experience interpersonal dynamics and apply leadership skills. Your reflections will only be visible to you and me. I'm looking for two key elements in your reflection entries. I'd like to see some consideration of the weekly concepts taught in the course. You won't be able to write about everything you read about, but focus on a concept, framework or idea that really resonates with you and discuss why. I'd also like to hear about how you're applying things that you learn in the course or elsewhere about leadership in project management. I'll calculate the 20% grade for this activity based on the number of entries you submit (material covers Week 1 and Week 9): 20% - 5 entries 16% - 4 entries 12% - 3 entries 8% - 2 entries 4% - 1 entries 0% - No entries
