Appendix 1 of your WorkBook However, you are free to use any CMS that you desire

and are familiar with

The organisation you chose must be a well-known business whose products or services

are massively distributed and used, as you will need to collect real information from at least 10 of their customers

Your organisation has given you the following organisation template to collect such information Your task is to complete the template with at least 10 real customers' information You will need to survey your friends or classmates to gather this information Please make sure that:

The 10 customers are recent users or buyers of the product or service

They are aware this is for the purposes of an assessment as you will be collecting some

personal information

They understand the outcome of the interaction will be to transfer this information into

a CMS to analyse customer satisfaction
