Leadership Position One leadership position that aligns with my future career goals is that of a Social Work Supervisor within the Department of Social Services. This role is crucial in guiding social workers as they manage complex cases involving children, families, and vulnerable adults. Leadership Responsibilities As a Social Work Supervisor, I would oversee a team of caseworkers, ensure compliance with state regulations, manage high-risk case escalations, conduct staff performance evaluations, and participate in the hiring process. Additionally, I would be responsible for team training, ethical case resolution, and upholding client confidentiality and rights.
