Assess risk management outcomes.

Write a brief report no less than 500 words (1 page) reviewing the effectiveness of risk management policies, procedures, processes and activities for a project where you were part of a risk management team. The report should include the following:

How effective were the risk management tools and techniques used in the project.

How effective were the processes and procedures used to identify, analyse, evaluate and prioritise risks.

A brief description of each team member's personal contribution to risk management activities.

How effectively were risk monitoring and control activities carried out.

Whether any processes or procedures need modification for future projects.

Whether any tools or techniques should be included, learnt or not used in future projects.

Any other aspect of the project which was important and provided a lesson which could be used on future projects.

How were review findings, such as those above, passed on to a higher project authority for application in future projects.
