Instructions

When negotiating your own conflict

• Circle the number that best describes your personal assessment of each of the seen factors
• Circle the number that best describes your perceived assessment of the seven factors for the other party with whom you are having conflict
• Complete this questionnaire before you choose to negotiate your own conflict

When mediating a conflict between two parties

• Have each party complete the questionnaire to calculate their personal quotient prior to the first mediation meeting.
