In this individual assessment, students will be given an opportunity to analyse the organisational factors that promote effective project management by identifying crucial elements from a project, including different phases of its life cycle, stakeholders' identification and their major roles within the project and the benefits of the project's deliverables. Assessment Instructions For this assessment, you are to imagine that you have been hired by the State Government as the Project Consultant to implement the Newcastle Innercity Bypass (https://www.transport.nsw.gov.au/projects/current-projects/newcastle-inner-city-bypass) in Newcastle NSW and present an infographic that transmits the following information to a broad audience of stakeholders.
